Job Description:
The Cashier Associate is responsible for processing transactions at the end of a customer’s visit. They will utilize exceptional customer service in conjunction with our point-of-sale system to ensure an unparalleled customer experience. Extensive cannabis knowledge is not required, but a passion for cannabis is a must. Successful applicants need at least one year cashier/customer service/retail experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process transactions through the dispensary point-of-sale system
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Checks and confirms the ID of the customer
- Helps customers with the purchase of products
- Stay up to date with product information and business promotions
- Assist budtenders in providing unparalleled customer experience
- Assist with merchandising and cleaning as directed
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum one year cashier, customer service, or retail experience
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Responsible cash handling experience
- Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must pass any and all required background checks
